2400. Gandhi and climate

Gandhi sought to take India , after dislodging the english, into a different culture, but he failed in this. The ask is there for us to pick up. BTW it may be easier to make a bigger change than a ,smaller because in the larger changes support each other whereas in the smaller the focal change is resisted by the others.
