2401. Managing upwards for climate

Top managers in business and governments cannot see a way to step into the role of actually responding to climate. But if mid level managers, who are already concerned, worked together to get their CEOs to act, then the social dynamics are shifted and, instead of standing alone, they are part of an obvious movement. Such CEO’s net-worked become a serious leverage point for imposing necessary changes in the way society is functioning. We need more scenarios of what actually can happen, who will do what and when will they do it?
