Stepping ahead, given that existing institutions are unable, given conflicts and preventing change, to make any change, but only blah blah blah, much less significant much less sufficient reductions in CO2, do we need a move toward serious world coordination? Imagine a group of seven leaders, respected at the global level, coming together and saying. “We are in a global breakdown with no present path to get us out. Plans without enforcement cannot work as we need. We seven have come together to meet this emergency. You must follow us in major changes in energy economy and culture. We are requesting the assignment of national militaries to this global military to enforce such serious and necessary moves, given that survival is the goal. This will be necessarily disruptive and we ask each country to undertake measures guaranteeing livable condition for their geographically or economically displaced populations. Etc..

Obviously the 7 leaders is the opposite of Gardenworld but are both pseudopodia out into the realms of imaginations. We need imaginings about paths and goals.
