2482. Inequality measures - -include videos
Lots of discussion about inequality. Most seem to bog down on the issue of how to measure it. It is more or less obvious that simple dollars per family isn’t good enough (But it would be a start.)
A simple approach would be to video the living conditions of households and their surrounding circumstances (lead, trash, falling power lines, no birds, abandoned cars, local schools, distance to inadequate groceries - and let people look at a few and judge quality f life and it inequality. Why doesn’t this happen? My guess is that most middle class and up people support the remove the financial impact of redlining and bad jobs but leave the people in place.
Lets make videos a key way to measure inequality.
