2529. Institutions.

What seems missing in most system wide proposal for what needs to change are

1. Specific steps. My current approach is  to not think not of  individuals but institutional action. Each of us should be urging our institution of which we are a part ( business,  local government or congressperson - to be urgent.

2. Some vision of what it could be. As a starting point  the arts and crafts movement. (1870 - 1910) - moderate housing for a democratic society.
