2569. Entropic soup increasing , low structure
In social upheaval people drop or are forced out of normal routines in recognizable structures of things, space and time. Is like entropy: energy without connecting structures. Imagine a tree with a flock of landed birds. A noise sets them off and they take to the air but immediately return to the branches but in new positions. This describes the human condition under rapid changes: each looks for a place to land. Perhaps the old tree is still there, but [perhaps much of it gone missing in the brief moments of flight.
Upon those boughs which shake against the cold,
Bare ruin'd choirs, where late the sweet birds sang.
