Many think evolution is a conversion process but in fact I teach points going forward in time there are new possibilities that emerge that did not exist before. Evolution benefits by increasing the number of possible evolutions.

Society faces climate change and every institution increasingly feels under pressure and is looking to change in someway that would increase their possibility of survival even thriving.
