The withdrawal of Russia from space station cooperation puts tension back into what we had felt was calm and friendly cooperation. As soon as the two projects are separated competition back is in the discussion and we can feel the increase, somewhat mythic given that going into space is kind of myth-like. Not a good development.

Speaking of development its derivation is from de - un and velope - folding. So development is unfolding. not a folding. Similarly, soluttion comes from Latin solve, solvent, to take apart, I am struck by the idea these two words, now often meaning to put together originally meant taking apart. So when we look for developments and solutions, are we getting ahead of ourselves? Avoiding the need for hessitancy and further reflection?
