Climate and the Tzar

The future is complex because of two problems emerging that are incommensurate. (the solution to one makes the other worse)

The first is climate (and ocean, species and soil) where we are stuck because we are not doing anything about cutting CO2 and temperatures continue to rise.

The other is the deep geopolitical problem of a decadent Europe in the face of a hot headed Russian concupiscence of empire.
