Does anyone have plans on what to do if we get really bad temperatures (and related problems such as food shortages drought, grid failure) in the next say ten weeks?
This should be discussable, but for some reason it is not widely.
Emergency actions not discussed
It's not accurate to say that preparing for "really bad temperatures" is "not discussable."
Here are just a couple of examples of "How Cities Are Preparing for the ‘Silent Killer’ of Extreme Heat":

https://www.popsci.com/environment/heatwaves-preparation/
And here's guidance from the American Planning Association:

Is it enough? Probably not. But "not discussable"? Also not.
(Unless you live somewhere where your elected representatives have _deemed_ it not discussable.)
