Historically low US diesel and heating oil inventories are driving up prices for fuels critical to industry, freight and farming with European demand expected to rise this winter as the region's sanctions on Russian oil starts to bite.
Cheap heat says we need cheap oil. Cutting CO2 production into the atmosphere requires the opposite. Can we deal with this or just let the forces play out? In your own thinking are you resolving the issue, or letting it play out? Consequences?
