Tivat here inMontenegro is like spring on the  coast of Main. Sleepy town waking up to the expected flood of tourists.  No sign of climate discussions. No apparent awareness.  The local Crypto group met last night. They are mostly people on the margin, retired or fired, tryin to cope and enjoying the meeting dynamics and energy like  a group of men (one woman) talking about football or cars. The concerns were about mid level issues: security, cost of running one's own server, the logistics of being a bank. I asked about climate. “Most people here see it as cyclical, summer with its heat comes, summer heat goes. This year is like last year/“. I asked about see level rise (we are on the edge of the Adriatic).”Nope never heard  of it.”
