This from The Hill this morning
“A bipartisan group of governors said Thursday they want to quadruple the number of energy-efficient heat pumps installed in the U.S. by 2030.”
And more calls for money to fight climate change with no recognition that money stimulates industrial activity, which creates more CO2. The leadership of the country, for the most part has fallen into place with the idea that money is the solution, without recognizing that that money is really government guarantees for climate projects that continue industrialization. Keeping business going is going to be the main strategy of institutions. It seems that no amount of thought can break us out of this pattern. The earth, with its earthquakes, storms floods, and fires, are the only significant enough actors in the total drama to make the breakthrough.

I wish I knew how to take in and process your thinking here. I do not disagree with you. And my non-thinking is also thinking. It’s “rock and a hard place” for me right now.
