Unaccountable silence?

Does anyone have plans on what to do if we get really bad temperatures (and related problems such as food shortages drought, grid failure) in the next say ten weeks?

This should be discussable, but for some reason it is not. Wisdom? Lack of character? Realism? lack of anything worth saying?
