We n eed a rounded vision for adapting to a new climate
We need a vision of where we are headed in order to avoid getting in each other’s way. The criteria for all efforts should be:
Does it help feed the people?
Does it provide healthy shelter for the people?
Does it lead to participation and celebration?
Does it support people through the human life cycle?
Are the conditions attractive, fostering meaning, blended with food and habitat in an interesting place to live in cooperation with all species?
(From ch 4, Gardenworld Politics, “The world is broken - we need a vision)”)
