So I am convinced that a realistic approach to climate and all related projects requires a systems approach that includes everything. 1Otherwise what is left out will be manipulated to sub \- maximize pieces of the whole, especially current nation-states and state-based economies. but even with the best. systems design CO2 will continue to heat the atmosphere, only more slowly; Human society will exhaust itself regardless of adopted processes. The best we can do., like all previous civilizations(Toynbee, A Study of History and Graeber and Wengro The Dawn of Everything. The planets and their species have of necessity time limits,)
I am not implying that it could be done nor that it would be easy. The likelihood is low and given the current world blue situation we could see that the biggest question would be to get strong leadership, and it's likely it would be a Trump – Musk –\ Tiel -like trio that would own the whole damn \ system.
Garden worlds developed for maximum efficiency and design elegance would be the hope .but gardenworlds assembled quickly in viable niches, but for a much shorter period of time, are the more likely approaches as people scurry to projects with short-term livability.
